Dora Panayotova about Klaus Bräuer

For me, Klaus embodies grounding, depth, boundless love for people and a connection with the big picture. I appreciate him for his extraordinary dedication to accompanying people on their path to themselves and into the world. He enables people to discover and develop the wealth of their own abilities, strengths and resources and supports them on their path not only to their profession, but also to their vocation and to their highest self. With him, I find a sense of security, a feeling of being at home and arriving at myself.

In his department at Bosch Business Excellence, he recognized my ability to facilitate groups. Under his mentorship, I was able to complete my first facilitator training, which formed the basis for my "craft" and my entire professional future. Thank you, dearest Klaus, for your enormous depth, for your gentle guidance, for your unshakeable belief in the abilities of each of us. You are a place of strength on my path and an anchor to myself. I am deeply indebted to you for that.
